1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.scottaleman.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that you’ve reviewed the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services

Scott Aleman Photography provides wedding and engagement photography. All services are subject to availability and defined in client contracts. Details, including session duration, deliverables, and fees, are outlined in signed agreements.

3. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your date; the balance is due 30 days before the event.  All terms are specified in your contract.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

By Client: Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations more than 60 days before the event, rescheduling may be offered.
By Photographer: Should unforeseen circumstances arise, you’ll be notified and offered alternatives or a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, text, graphics, and media on the Site and delivered galleries are owned by Scott Aleman Photography. You may share your personal gallery images but may not use them commercially or alter them without written permission.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the Site or violate laws. Prohibited actions include unauthorized access, infringement of rights, or disrupting website operations.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” without warranties. Scott Aleman Photography is not liable for indirect or special damages arising from the use of the Site or services. Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service.

8. Third‑Party Service

Our Site may link to third-party tools or websites. We do not endorse or control external content and are not responsible for third-party data practices.

9. Privacy

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you should review to understand our practices for cookies, analytics, and email communication.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued site use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check the “Last Updated” date regularly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute will be resolved in Dallas County courts.
